History: All the buildings of the Rhenish Parsonage Complex, built on land granted to Marthinus Byleveld in 1785, date from the beginning of the 19th century. The main building is the former parsonage of the Rhenish Church and dates from 1815. One of the back wings of this H-shaped parsonage is connected with the other two buildings forming part of the complex. Of these the so-called Leipoldt House with its large proportions dates from approximately 1832, while the third building with its low dormer gable was converted into a double-storey in about 1860. On one side, the Rhenish Parsonage Complex is enclosed by a long circular wall.
