Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

Visual Description: Three-bay Karoo-type cottage with pedimented parapet with edge-moulding. Verandah has ogee roof on precast pillars and dipped front walls. 3x3-panelled double door with large and small rectangular panes in fanlight. Left window has louvered shutters (closed), right window is of steel. Heavy quoins in the corners and round the door. Drip moulding over door and windows. Cottage is in good condition and of local architectural value.
