Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

A group of more than 16 stone-packed graves and one grave with a
granite headstone is located within 30 metres of the existing southern
borrow pit face, at S30 42 36.0; E2B 51 OB.5. An occupied homestead is
nearby but the graves are not enclosed within the homestead precinct.
No-one was home at the time of our visit therefore the family names and
ages of most of the burials are unknown. The headstone is inscribed:
