The site is situated partly inside the development area and consists of a modern structure that is superimposed on a highly disturbed Late Iron Age Stone walled site. A brief description of the two sites follows. The modern brick structure consists of at least two rooms with a courtyard build of stone slabs in front of the structure. Associated with the structure is an ash midden with metal, plastic and glass objects that litters the site. The site is interpreted as a farm labourers dwelling.
