Ndoyi’s grave is located in the Thabong Cemetery alongside other graves of people in the community. Interestingly, he was re-buried there with his long-time comrade, Vuyo Charles.

Although a tombstone has been erected in honour of the late Ndoyi, as with many other graves of liberation stalwarts buried in Heroes Acre in Bloemfontein, the ideal situation would be to have such a place in Matjhabeng Local Municipality in recognition of the role played by people such as Ndoyi in the struggle for liberation. In honour of the role he played, a tombstone was erected by the ANC led government and its unveiling was conducted by Winnie Mandela.
