Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

Abandoned historic cemetery containing approximately five graves. The dressings from these graves can predominantly be described as oval-shaped stone lined dressings all of which are orientated along the east-west axis. This orientation indicates that the graves were buried in the last 150 years or so. No grave goods were observed on the site. This, coupled with its generally overgrown appearance suggests that for many years no families have visited these graves.
