Changes to SAHRIS!
The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:
- A new & modernised look and layout
- Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
- Improved site performance and stability
Launch for the new version of SAHRIS occurred on Monday the 30th of October 2023.

The building rubble and remains of a structure were identified at this location. The rubble consists of unbaked clay bricks, mortar and pieces of corrugated iron. A large dilapidated round corrugated iron and cement dam and associated wind pump is situated in close proximity to the rubble. A loading ramp for livestock is also situated at this location. It is unlikely that the building rubble could be that of a demolished house, but rather that of a small shed associated with the loading of animals.
