Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Removal of 1m concrete slab inside the stone wall enclosure unit 1, here Grinding and TLB machines were used to cut and remove the concrete slab in order to investigate allegation by Pakaneng Choma Community (PCC) that during the excavation of the area Roshcon came across human remains and hid them underneath the concrete. No human or animal bones were retrieved.
