Site Comments:

Three-bay saddle-roofed cottage with shouldered and edge-moulded gables, with a loft door. Verandah with concave roof on facebrick pillars and straight facebrick walls with wooden gate. Modern door with twelve-paned fanlight. Windows with louvred shutters(closed). Of local architectural interest in spite of the modern door and facebrick which could be replaced.
