ProposalDescription:

To Complete alterations and repairs on the roof and walls of ERF Rem of 882, 13 Oceanview Rd Winkelspruit Kingsburgh, Kwazulu Natal drawing SR22090012_1

Expanded_Motivation:

Excessive Wear and Tear - Roof is leaking and allowing water to seep into the walls and floor of the house, resulting in damp wall and compromising the integrity of the plaster on the walls. After rains result in foul smell and mold growth in areas of the walls, floors and cupboards, unpleasant and unhygienic of the occupants. Damages paint on walls and wooden structures in the house. Asbestos Roof - For health reasons is known to be a case of health issues and needs to be changed. Please view images "leaking roof" The property was initially owned by Miss HF Wildish in 1948 and she later made additions to the property in 1952. Mr JK Ducker also made additions (Old Plans doc). The property was previous owned by Miss N L Welsh who rented the property out to Ferdi Prinsloo. As far as I know non of the above mentioned people were involved in any significant event in the History of the area or the country at large. The property has no significant Architectural features or objects. The house was build on common hollow core bricks and Asbestos roofing.
