ProposalDescription:

PROPOSED ADDITIONS &ALTERATIONS AT 53 GAINSFORD ROAD , BELLAR ,PORTION 122 OF ERF 324 BELLAIR DURBAN, KWAZULUNATAL

Expanded_Motivation:

The main reasons for application to extend are (a)the the owner my client would like to add an ensuite in his main bedroom and the only way of doing it will be to demolish part of the front wall in the his bedroom , the owner would also like to extend the lounge and make it face the road, in order to do that the kitchen wall will have to be demolished, and the existing verandah at the back to be closed and become part of the kitchen, at the end lounge kitchen and dining room will be the open plan. This will be under the supervision of a professional engineer , Bramin Consulting engineer, for that SAHRIS will f e consulted during demolitions. (c)The existing garage which was built in 1949 is hazardous and it is also blocking the view and a danger to both my neighbour and main building. The owner has more than 2 cars and right now the cars are parked on the verge. Because of that the owner is proposing to build three garages on top of the existing maid's room. But before that the maid's room will have to be extended and converted into a granny's flat .The pictures of that existing garage will fe attached as well.
