Hi Nic,
Nobukho logged her first call on Monday via the Ticket system. She was however not able to assign it to anyone.
She is able to see it under her "view recent tickets", however, I've just checked and it is not reflected on my side, neither did I get an email about.
Can you have a look at her rights etc. please.

Luvo has had a good look at the problem with the printer/connectivity in your office.
He has found that the HP DeskJet 1220c printer is faulty and out of warranty, and recommended it be replaced.
I tried to phone Nobukho earlier, but managed to chat to Nic, as she was not in.
He recommends we discuss this at the upcoming workshop, in order to access whether or not a replacement is required in lieu of the
way forward.
