This permit is for the impacting of fossilised footprints for conservation purposes in the vicinity of Sutherland in the Northern Cape
Conditions:
This permit is issued to Mr Allistar Gibbons on behalf of the Karoo Hoogland Municipality who will be undertaking the authorised conservation interventions according to this permit.
Mr Gibbons must be present on site at all times during the conservation activities to ensure that no accidental damage to the site occurs.
Adequate recording methods as specified in the Regulations and Guidelines pertaining to the National Heritage Resources Act must be used.
No material may be removed from the footprint site.
No further activities, besides those outlined above, may be undertaken under this permit.
A report on the conservation intervention and methodology must be submitted to SAHRA on or before 27 April 2014.
SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit
SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit by notice to the permit holder
