Permits

This permit is issued to Mr Neels Kruger who acts on behalf of the developer Vergenoeg Mining Company Pty (Ltd) through Mr AC Durant. 

Conditions: 
1. This permit allows only the destruction of the site EXIGO-NFM-IA01 altered and damaged by past prospecting activities, on the farm Kromdraai 209JR, Gauteng Province. 
2. The destruction of the site must be monitored by an archaeologist along with all earth moving activities. in the immediate vicinity of the site 
3. SAHRA requires that the professional archaeologist monitoring the destruction of the site be an Iron Age expert familiar with the archaeology of the area. 
4. A report from the destruction activities must be submitted to SAHRA by the archaeologist monitoring the activities by the end of August 2018.
5. Any deviations from the plan included in the Phase 2 report Kruger, N. May 2017 must be submitted and approved by SAHRA.
6. SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
7. SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit by notice to the permit holder.
