The South African Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA) issues this Export Permit to the applicant:Classic Arms for the permanent export of 105 antique firearms.
The following conditions must be applied:
This permit is only valid if accompanied by the attached Inventory of Permitted Objects Issued Under SAHRIS PermitID: 2845.
- The SAHRA must be informed if the object(s) are not exported.
- The SAHRA shall not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries to persons or properties as a result of any activities in connection with this permit.
- In accordance with the application received on 27 October 2017, should any appeal against the issuing of this permit be received by SAHRA within fourteen calendar days of the date of this permit, the permit will be suspended pending the outcome of the appeal. Should an appeal be lodged, it is the responsibility of the applicant to return the objects to South Africa at their own expenditure.
- The objects may not be sold during the 14-day window period from the issuing of this permit.
- SAHRA shall not be held liable for any losses incurred resulting from the suspension of the permit.
- SAHRA reserves the right to cancel this permit upon notice to the permit holder
