Changes to SAHRIS!

The South African Heritage Resources Information System (SAHRIS) has undergone a generational upgrade and restructure. These changes to the site include, but are not limited to:

  • A new & modernised look and layout
  • Improved site usage flows with respect to applications and content creation
  • Improved site performance and stability

Uncalibrated radiocarbon dates available for some material. Samples from artefacts from M layer are between 6980 +/- 65yBP to 5900 +/- 90yBP; MB layer are between 5900 +/- 90yBP and 2870 +/-90yBP; and material from OMB layer are less than 2870 +/-90yBP.
