ProposalDescription:

PROPOSED ADDITIONS TO MAIN DWELLING - PROPOSED SITTING ROOM, SMALL VERANDAH, BED 2 AND ENSUITE TO EXISTING BED 1

Expanded_Motivation:

The existing house is only 2 one bed roomed with a combined Kitchen and Dining. The owner proposes to add another bed 2, sitting room and ensuite to existing bed 1. The ensuite will serve the owner Veronica Jayiya, since she is blind. So she needs a room with a toilet and shower so that she will help herself with easy in cases where there is no one to offer help for to get out of the house. Due to her blindness, she spends most of her time inside the house so to have an ensuite in her bedroom will be a good ideal for her. The other proposed bed 2 is meant to be a bed for her son with his wife who is currently using the dining as a bed. To have a sitting area will create enough space for day to day domestic activities of the family. The small verandah is for protecting the sitting room door from rain water.
