ProposalDescription:

Proposed alterations and additions to Erf 491, 64 Beach Road, Amanzimtoti, eThekwini, Kwa-Zulu-Natal. Drg 01/01 Job 13197

Expanded_Motivation:

The current owner has decided to renovate the existing building due to the fact that the roof was full of wood borer and the Harvey tiled roof had leaks due to rust. The windows were also rotten and so he wishes to replace them with aluminium. The lean to roof pitch is too low to accommodate concrete roof tiles and so it was decided to create a simple gable to gable roof. All the external walls will remain as is. The proposal will be a total upgrade of the premises by replacing the roof, windows, new electrical, plumbing including sanitary ware and tiling.
