ProposalDescription:

Proposed Additions & Alterations to Existing Outbuilding withe new Covered Parking & conversion thereof to New First floor offices.

Expanded_Motivation:

The existing offices & outbuilding on the property are inadequate in size for this growing business. The existing offices will remain as is to enable business to continue & maintain the original architectural integrity of the building whilst the outbuilding is renovated and increased in size to provide the additional storage & office space required for an increased staff compliment of an additional 4-5 people. The proposed double storey outbuilding addition will maintain a shallow pitched roof (5 degree sheeted roof) which reduces the height of the proposal in consideration of the adjacent direct neighbours & further afield properties. The double storey also provides additional security to the residence behind due to the increased height of the walls along the common boundary. The business sells small instruments & guages for hydraulic equipment. It is therefore a business which operates quietly with little disturbances to the adjacent neighbours from a noise & high traffic perspective.
